Immigration officials defend tactics amid public backlash

The heads of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Customs and Border Protection and Citizenship and Immigration Services appeared before the House Homeland Security Committee on Tuesday. Among the questions they faced was whether the tactics used by their agents during arrests and deportations run afoul of the Constitution. Lisa Desjardins reports.
