Michigan has its share of infrastructure issues. You probably notice it most when you’re dodging potholes in your car. Current State speaks with Dan Wyant, Director of the Michigan Department for Environmental Quality, and Janice Beecher, Director of the Institute of Public Utilities at Michigan State University.
