Why investigators are struggling to find Brown Univ. gunman

Authorities are still searching for answers and for the gunman in the shooting at Brown University. Two students were killed and nine others were injured. To discuss the investigation, Amna Nawaz spoke with Juliette Kayyem, professor at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and former assistant secretary at the Department of Homeland Security during the Obama administration.
