Russia, Ukraine target energy infrastructure as war persists

Ukraine said that more than 100,000 people were without power after Russia launched a massive attack on the country's energy infrastructure. Ukraine has also been targeting Russia's oil and gas facilities, spiking fuel costs and requiring the country to ration gas. It's just the latest sign that the war continues to rage, despite American attempts to end it. Nick Schifrin reports.
