Lansing Symphony Orchestra performs 80s classics on the riverfront

The Lansing Symphony Orchestra is playing a free concert tonight (Wednesday, June 5) at 7 pm in downtown Lansing's Adado Riverfront Park. The show will feature pop songs from the 80s.

Current State's Melissa Benmark spoke with symphony conductor Timothy Muffitt about the orchestra, what the program has to offer, and what it's like to revisit old pop classics with some new lenses.
