Trump visits Japan's new PM ahead of meeting with China’s Xi

The U.S. and China said they’ve agreed on a framework for a potential trade deal, once again trying to pull back from a trade war between the world’s two largest economies. The announcement comes as President Trump’s tour through Asia takes him to Japan. Nick Schifrin reports.
