A 2-year progress report on Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act

In 2022, President Joe Biden signed the Inflation Reduction Act, the biggest investment in projects to combat climate change in American history. To date, more than 100,000 new jobs have been created in clean energy manufacturing. But such a mammoth undertaking is not without obstacles. Policy analyst Jack Conness joins Ali Rogin to discuss the impact of these projects and the delays many face.
