HHS Secretary Tom Price resigns, Puerto Rico slowly responds

Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price resigned after it was revealed he spent over $400 thousand of taxpayer money on private plane rides. The scandal was just one setback for the Trump administration this week as criticism builds after a slow response to Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico where the 3.4 million U.S. citizens remain in dire conditions.
