The Wesley Bell Ringers, from Salt Lake City, UT, will perform at Faith Lutheran Church in Okemos on Saturday, June 14th at 7:30pm. This will be the seventh concert on the choir’s 59th annual Summer tour and will feature 19 teenage ringers playing more than 150 handbells and handchimes.
Highlights from the 2025 summer concert include: George Bizet’s Farandole, Alex Guebert’s Tongues of Flame, Chopin’s Nocturne in Eb Major, & Cathy Moklebust’s arrangement of Let All Mortal Flesh Keep Silence.
Faith Lutheran Church is located at 4515 Dobie Road in Okemos. Admission to the concert is free, and a free will offering will be collected.

Be ready to tap your toes, move in your seats, get up and dance – you won’t be able to sit still as the 17-piece, The General Assembly Big Band, will totally blow you away with their great iconic sound in what promises to be a wonderful night of nostalgia along with a nice mix of contemporary sounds to make your evening a lovely one. Since its founding in 1972, The General Assembly Big Band has been entertaining audiences on the west side of the state, fulfilling their mission to keep the big band sound alive for future generations. Along with their singer, Paula Jury Jarvis, this concert will drown out the "noise" of our everyday world putting us into a fun universe for a couple of hours. Duke Charelle has won numerous awards for his music and performances. Apart from being a part of the NME Online Music Awards live performances for a consecutive five years he has taken home the Akedemia Music Awards in 2016 for Best Funk Song, Tantric Dance. Duke Charelle's single "Liquid Galaxies (Grains of Sand)", reached Billboard Top 100 chart, with rank #22 on the compilation album "Hotline Miami: Vol #3, as well as #6 on iTunes charts. Duke Charelle writes from personal experiences with expansive psychedelic thought to transcend beyond the self. His work has inspired many and he sees the future of much more music that inspires to come.

Long in support of charitable causes, Nikki Holland & The Dirty Elizabeths are perhaps most known for their motto, “Until We Are Equal, Be Greater Than.” This has become a movement that has allowed them to support human rights. They are a playful band from the Detroit area of Michigan, but their music extends across North America from Mexico into Canada.
Their American Reggae Fusion music is beach bonfire party ready. Come on out! Whether delivering a social awareness message, or just plain having fun, audience is the key to their fun on and off stage. We invite you all to have fun, be charitable, Be Greater Than, and be a Dirty Elizabeth!
