LSJ staff prepares for move, reflects on the past

The Lansing State Journal prepares to move from their location on Lenawee Street to the third floor of the newly renovated Knapp’s Centre. We hear from some of the staff as they reflect on their years at the old building and look forward to the newspaper’s future.

The Lansing State Journal has been in their building on Lenawee Street since 1951. Next week they will move into the renovated Knapp’s Centre.

Current State producer Katie Cook caught up with staff members who have been there for some time to talk to them about the move. It’s an exciting time for them, moving into a newly renovated space where they will all be on one floor with an open floor plan that makes it easier to collaborate.
