Kid's Halloween Party
The annual Charlotte Community Library Kid's Halloween Party is being held on Saturday, October 26th from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This event is for families with children between the ages of 3 to 10; children must be accompanied by an adult or older sibling the entire time. Pre-registration for this event can be done in person or over the phone.
