When discussing the hiring of Dan Campbell for the Detroit Lions, Al vents about a question posed to Lions owner Sheila Ford Hamp and the lack of Black head coaches in the league. Al is not pleased with the answer and elaborates on why. What are your thoughts? There are only three active black NFL head coaches in the game today.
