Appeals court dismisses $500M fraud penalty against Trump

A New York appeals court dismissed a $500 million civil fraud penalty against President Trump and his companies for overvaluing their properties in financial statements. The judges upheld the fraud judgment, but said the fine was excessive. Geoff Bennett discussed the impact of this decision with former federal prosecutor Jessica Roth.
