MSU Football Players Speak On Sexual Assault Investigation

WKAR

Moments after Mark Dantonio delivered a message to media members in the Skandalaris Football Center Tuesday morning, it was the players' turn to speak.

Amidst the questions of preparation for the upcoming season, quarterbacks Damion Terry and Brian Lewerke, running back Gerald Holmes, linebacker Chris Frey and safety Khari Willis were asked to speak on the sexual assault charges facing former players Donnie Corley, Josh King and Demetric Vance and how they have handled the ripple effect of the outside noise.

The players also spoke on whether or not there were leadership issues within the program in 2016 and who they are looking at to help lead Spartan football back to the top of the Big Ten in 2017.
