The Detroit News is a conservative newspaper, and their editorial page editor, Nolan Finley, has had an interesting view of the election process this year. We talk with Finley about the ascendency of Donald Trump to the presidency.

Nolan Finley is editorial page editor at the largely conservative Detroit News. During the course of the 2016 election season, his takes on the rise of Donald Trump and his post-election columns on his victory in the presidential election have provided readers with much food for thought regarding how this happened and what could happen next.

Current State talks with Nolan Finley about his observations during this controversial and often confusing election.
